Our Story
A place where
nourishment feels
like coming home.
The Den Nutrition was born from a simple conviction: that the best food is food you can trust — real ingredients, honest sourcing, and the kind of care that only comes from making things by hand.
Located on Airline Road in Corpus Christi, we've built a space where neighbors come for our fresh sourdough, stay for the curated selection of organic staples, and leave feeling a little more grounded. Whether you're stocking your kitchen or grabbing a loaf for tonight's dinner, we're glad you're here.

What We Offer
From our oven to your pantry
Every item on our shelves is chosen with intention — whether it rises from our hearth or travels from trusted producers.
Fresh Breads
Sourdough, ciabatta, focaccia, and seasonal loaves baked daily from our hearth. Simple ingredients, long ferments, honest flavor.
Organic Groceries
A curated selection of organic grains, legumes, flours, and pantry essentials — everything you need to cook with confidence.
Specialty Beverages
Loose-leaf teas, small-batch coffees, and natural juices from producers who share our respect for quality and craft.
Dairy & Refrigerated
Local dairy, artisan cheeses, and refrigerated staples sourced from regional farms we know and trust.
Bulk & Raw Foods
Nuts, seeds, dried fruits, superfoods, and raw ingredients sold by weight — bring your own containers for a discount.
Community & Events
Hosting tastings, nutrition workshops, and local maker pop-ups. The Den is as much a gathering place as a store.
Our Philosophy
Food should nourish —
not complicate.
We believe that what you put on your plate matters. That's why we look for the shortest ingredient lists, the cleanest labels, and the producers who treat their ingredients with respect.
Our bakers work with wild starters and whole grains. Our produce buyers visit farms before they sign contracts. And our team can tell you where anything on our shelf came from — because we keep it that way.
"The best ingredient you can use is care."
